client prevailed in a ICANN arbitration proceeding. Later the
Complainant lodged a federal Complaint. The matter has been settled.
NFL v. Jets.com,
WIPO D2000-0982 - The National Football league sought to obtain jets.com and dolphins.com from our client. Network Solutions Inc. froze the domain names. While appealing a trial court decision the NFL instituted arbitration. The NFL dismissed the arbitration and the hold was taken off the domain names which our client later sold to a different party.
